Booking Policies

BOOKING

To secure your wedding date, a signed bridal contract and a $200 non-refundable deposit are required.

Your booking is not secured until both the signed contract and deposit have been received. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance of your booking.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Accepted forms of payment include bank transfer, cash, or EFTPOS.

PACKAGE BOOKINGS

Bridal packages are based on the number of services confirmed at the time of booking.

If members of the bridal party choose not to proceed with their service within 30 days of the wedding, the package price will not be reduced.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Requests to add additional members to the bridal party after the booking has been confirmed will be accommodated only if time allows within the wedding day timeline.

Additional services requested after the final timeline has been confirmed may not be able to be accommodated.

Any additional services approved will be charged at the current service rate and must be paid by the client.

TRIAL APPOINTMENTS

Trial appointments are included in bridal packages.

Trials are held at the hairstylist’s residence in Dakabin unless otherwise arranged. If a trial is requested at an alternate location, travel fees may apply.

Trial appointments are payable on the day of the appointment.

HAIR PREPARATION

All members of the bridal party must arrive with clean, completely dry hair, unless otherwise discussed prior to the wedding day.

Hair that is wet, excessively oily or unprepared may affect styling results and may cause delays to the schedule.

BRIDAL PARTY READINESS

All members of the bridal party must be present and ready at their allocated styling time.

If a member of the bridal party is unavailable at their scheduled time, their appointment may be moved to the end of the schedule if time permits. Completion of all services cannot be guaranteed if delays occur.

TIMELINE CONFIRMATION

A final bridal timeline and service list must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the wedding date. Changes requested after this time may not be able to be accommodated.

DELAYS

To ensure the morning runs smoothly, all bridal party members must be ready at their scheduled styling time.

If additional time is required due to delays or unprepared hair, additional fees may apply where time allows within the timeline.

PARKING

Where parking or valet fees apply, these costs will be added to the final balance and paid by the client on the day of the event.

LIABILITY

Any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions must be disclosed prior to the application of products.

Hair by Danika Paige is not liable for any allergic reactions or complications resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.

PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

The bride named in the contract is responsible for full payment of all services booked, including services provided to members of the bridal party.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the wedding date.

If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the wedding, the full balance of services booked will be payable.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The client acknowledges and agrees that images taken on the wedding day may be used for promotional purposes on Danika Paige Bridal / Hair by Danika Paige social media platforms and marketing materials.

If the client prefers not to have images shared, written notice must be provided prior to the wedding day.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the unlikely event that the hairstylist is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, every effort will be made to arrange a replacement stylist of similar standard.

If a replacement stylist cannot be secured, all payments made will be refunded.

TOUCH UPS

Time is allocated after styling for final touch-ups and veil placement prior to the ceremony.

Additional time requested beyond this period may incur additional charges.
